Canadian screen actress who is most well-known for her role as Bo Dennis from Lost Girl. The actress began her role in the CBS show' Blood & Treasure, from 2019 onwards. Other credits include Earthstorm in 2006 as well as The Perfect Neighbor, which she starred in 2005. Silk is born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada the daughter of Peter Silk an academic and his wife Ilkay an actress producer playwright educator and Director of Drama in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Annas very first memories of her included going to performances of her plays, and watching her mother working. Silk created a number of commercials while she was a small child. She was in 1997 when she graduated with an undergraduate degree at St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two early plays: Seven Menus. They have sons named Samuel and Levi. Her character was Bo Dennis in Lost Girl, the Canadian show. CNN has rated her character Bo and Lauren in their relationship in their relationship as lovers of the same gender in Lost Girl one of their most cherished TV couples.
